First up, the new Cubase 15 feature I want to talk about is Stem Separation. I was surprised when I tried it: it can split mixed audio into separate tracks by instrument. That means you can remix, rebalance the mix, or grab a sample right inside Cubase Pro.
On top of that, the app adds six new modulators, including Random, Morph LFO, and Wavefold LFO. Use them to create and shape modulation signals, bringing more life to your production and sound design.

Steps to Install Cubase Pro 15 on Your Mac:
- Download CUBP15030mac.zip (1.3 GB) from the link below.
- Extract the ZIP file. It has no password.
- If macOS asks for Xcode Command Line Tools, open Terminal and run
xcode-select --install. - Inside folder 1, run Library Manager.pkg and complete its installation.
- Next, in folder 2, run MediaBay.pkg.
- Then go to folder 3 and run Cubase 15.pkg. Additional Content is in the same folder.
- Finally, run Steinberg License.pkg from folder 4.
- Follow the installer instructions and enter your Mac login password if asked. Done! 😁
