Play as Luffy and the crew, mowing down thousands of Marines in a single map, from East Blue to Wano. If you have played Dynasty Warriors Origins, the musou formula will feel familiar. Every character carries signature anime moves, and Gear 5 Luffy is insane. I spent 40+ hours just unlocking the roster.
That roster is the freshest compared to older entries or One Piece Odyssey. The Wano Arc is the story’s peak, though the ending differs a bit from the manga since it shipped early.
That said, some things grind my gears. Characters from earlier games are missing, and you need the Onigashima Pack DLC for Yamato or Hybrid Kaido. Performance is solid though. My GTX 1050 Ti still holds 60 FPS. Curious? Download and install the game on your PC to try it. All DLCs included. 👍

Steps to Install One Piece Pirate Warriors 4
- Download the OPCPTW41060.rar file (21 GB) and OPCPTWUU1086.rar (898 MB update) via the link below.
- Extract both files with the latest WinRAR.
- Mount or double-click the ISO file from the base installer extraction.
- Run setup.exe and wait until the process finishes.
- After that, extract the update file, then run the update .exe files in order.
- Play the game from the desktop shortcut, run as Administrator.
